ViaCalco® 90
ViaCalco® 90 is quick lime defined as CL90-Q according to EN 459-1, where the total amount of CaO+MgO is higher than 90%. Its use is recommended in very cohesive, clayey soils to optimize the binder content for soil stabilization due to puzzolanic reactions. In wet soils, the drying effect will be substantial, making access roads immediately trafficable.
- ViaCalco® 80
ViaCalco® 80 is quick lime defined as CL80-Q according to EN 459-1, where the total amount of CaO+MgO is higher than 80%. Its use is recommended in cohesive, clayey and silty soils to optimize the binder content.
- ViaCalco® C70
ViaCalco® C70 is a high lime content hydraulic road binder, with a total amount of CaO+MgO higher than 70%. It is hydraulic, as the mix contains cement to increase bearing capacity in the short term. Its use is recommended in less cohesive fine soils, in order to optimize and neutralize the clay content and to speed up trafficability or work progress.
- ViaCalco® C50
ViaCalco® C50 is a medium lime content hydraulic road binder, with a total amount of CaO+MgO higher than 50%. It is hydraulic, as the mix contains cement to increase bearing capacity in the short term for trafficability or further progress for upper layers. Its use is recommended in less cohesive clayey and silty sandy soils, in order to optimize and neutralize the clay content and to speed up working progress.
- ViaCalco® C30
ViaCalco® C30 is a hydraulic road binder, with a total amount of CaO+MgO higher than 30%. It is hydraulic, as the mix contains cement to increase bearing capacity in the short term for trafficability or further work on a building site. Its use is recommended in silty and sandy soils, in order to optimize and neutralize the clay content and to speed up working progress.
- ViaCalco® F
ViaCalc® o is a hydraulic road binder, with a total amount of CaO+MgO higher than 30%. Hydraulic components in the mix will increase bearing capacity in the short term for trafficability or further work on a building site. Its use is recommended in silty and sandy soils, where clay is still present, in order to neutralize the clay content and to speed up working progress.
